Odaily Planet Daily News: Argentine cryptocurrency platform Lemon Cash confirmed on December 4 that some users' names and email addresses were leaked due to a hack of its external analytics service provider Mixpanel on November 9. However, Lemon Cash emphasized that its own platform's system was not attacked, and sensitive information such as users' private keys, recovery phrases, funds, and account balances were not affected. The company has sent emails to the affected users, warning them of potential phishing attacks. It is worth noting that OpenAI is also a client of Mixpanel and has terminated its partnership with the service provider following this incident.

According to previous news, the Argentine cryptocurrency application Lemon Cash has laid off about 100 people, accounting for 38% of its total staff. Lemon Cash revealed that it completed a Series A extension round of financing of 27.8 million USD this year, with participants including DST Global, Valor Capital, GoodWater Capital, CMT Digital, and Cadenza, bringing the total financing amount for Series A to 44 million USD.
