Silicon Valley Bank executives and directors cashed out a total of $84 million worth of stock over the past two years, raising new questions about stock sales by insiders at the bank.
Silicon Valley Bank CEO Greg Becker has sold nearly $29.5 million in stock over the past two years, including $3.6 million worth of stock on Feb. 27, just days after the bank disclosed a massive loss that triggered a slide and collapse in its stock price.
Other Silicon Valley Bank executives, including Chief Marketing Officer Michelle Draper, Chief Financial Officer Daniel Beck and Chief Operating Officer Philip Cox, have also sold millions of dollars worth of stock since 2021. According to Smart Insider, Silicon Valley Bank executives and directors have cashed out a total of $84 million worth of stock in the past two years. (CNBC)
