You guys in Vietnam are worried about the draft fine of 200 million if you don't transfer assets to a legal exchange. I only see it as a draft that is not yet adequate for legalization. It seems like they are paving the way to test the reaction. For example:
1 - First, there must be a legal exchange = providing player data to the government and this exchange must have full liquidity along with other factors => a bit difficult because if they provide data like that, who would trust the exchange?
2 - It must recognize digital assets as a type of asset. Legalizing digital assets. But digital assets are a Ponzi scheme. So what do you all think?
3 - If recognized as an asset, but an individual's asset, then if it is mandatory to store it in a designated place, that would violate property rights. Laws are laws?
4 - What is the basis for calculating fines and taxes? These things are still unclear, so the news is merely a form of testing the reactions of coin holders.
..and there are many other shortcomings. If anyone remembers, the gold exchange was once legalized and then had to stop, then you'll understand.
Everyone should focus on price models to take profits and cut losses; that would be much better.
Wishing you all good luck.
