I also keep a diary. I entered the last bull market in the second half and lost 10,000 yuan. I haven’t touched it since. This time I saved some money, and after two months of investment, I am now at a loss of seven to eight thousand. The current income is about 2200u, and the goal is to reach 3000u within the year. If it is not achieved, it means that you do not have the ability to eat this bowl of rice.

The current situation is that the grid is mainly used to reduce risks and does not want to keep an eye on the market. It is true that except for extreme situations, I make money. In the past two months, the grid has basically made up for my losses. The extreme case was this surge. At that time, the grid was shorting and it exploded. But it’s nothing. I didn’t lose much. On the contrary, I lost more when I tried to recover my losses by manually operating the contract.

A while ago, I went long trb in an attempt to steal the funding fee, but failed to get the funding fee a few times. I made a profit by going long (every order had to be stopped). It doesn’t matter that the funding fee seems to have come down now. I don’t trust my own hands, and I will never open an order manually if there is no funding fee or other purposes

It feels like a trap to follow orders. I lost 500u. As expected, the only one I can trust is myself. There are many people who control the retracement very well. Suddenly, they can no longer control the risk and trigger the stop loss. Looking back, they have slipped away. Now I still follow a few people who have relatively long trading time and very few historical data retracements. Of course, relatively stable people will not suddenly make a lot of money. Following orders has taught me not to manually operate contracts. My knowledge and energy are definitely not as good as those who lead orders, and they are all finished one by one.

Because my main business is programming, I plan to switch to quantification when I achieve the 3000u goal. The grid is now semi-automatic and can be used to familiarize yourself with the mode.

We are still experimenting with various grid settings. Since it was all sideways during this period, we are basically making money, but we have to see how it performs under extreme circumstances. Now the main account and the trumpet are hedging. With hedging, I feel much more relaxed. Looking at the profit and loss is like watching an exercise and has nothing to do with me. Of course, the profit is very small. However, I shorted ETH yesterday and took profit on the short grid, but I forgot that there was also a long grid for hedging that I didn’t know when it was built. As a result, it reached the stop loss point. Fortunately, it was just for testing, and I lost 30u.

2200u to 3000u is not much, and I don’t intend to gamble. If I win, I will spit it out in the future. It is more important to find a way to stabilize growth.
