According to Odaily Planet Daily, the SBF defense team asked the judge to allow evidence of "inconsistent statements" by former FTX executives Gary Wang and Nishad Singh. The team focused on what the two said about stablecoin conversions and Alameda Research’s “allow negative numbers” feature to borrow virtually unlimited funds from FTX. Defense attorneys hope to call two FBI agents to the court to discuss transcripts of their conversations with Singh and Wang when the case is filed. Previously, SBF’s lawyer stated that SBF would testify in the criminal trial and appeal directly to the jury to prove that he did not commit fraud on FTX. The defense team also plans to call PF2 Securities member Joseph Pimbley to testify for SBF. What do you think of this? Welcome to leave a message in the comment area for discussion. 🤔
