Wu said that Bitfinex Securities Ltd announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Luxembourg-based impact finance and microfinance group Mikro Kapital to evaluate the possibility of using Tether tokens for capital raising and microfinance. Mikro Kapital has a diversified loan book in 14 countries with 300,000 borrowers.
