🚨 Former FTX executives could testify in case against Sam Bankman-Fried 🚨

The US Department of Justice has included former executives of FTX and its sister companies on the list of potential witnesses in the criminal case against Sam "SBF" Bankman-Fried. Among the names mentioned are:

- Caroline Ellison, former CEO of Alameda Research
- Gary Wang, co-founder of FTX
- Nishad Singh, former director of engineering at FTX
- Constance Wang, former COO of FTX

Ellison, Wang and Singh have already pleaded guilty to charges related to the FTX collapse. Ryan Salame, former co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets, will not testify.

Other possible witnesses include Anthony Scaramucci, co-founder of SkyBridge Capital, who has previously criticized SBF's alleged role in the 2022 crypto market crash.

The trial began on October 3 and is expected to last until November. Opening arguments are scheduled for October 4. Bankman-Fried faces seven criminal charges in her first trial, with another five charges to be addressed in a second trial in March 2024.
