Cryptocurrency tycoon Sam Bankman-Fried has filed a lawsuit against his insurance provider CNA for allegedly failing to pay legal fees associated with his defense against fraud allegations. Bankman-Fried will plead not guilty in court, which begins Tuesday. The lawsuit states that CNA improperly failed to pay Bankman-Fried's insurance claims, causing him significant damages. CNA's policy has a $5 million liability limit that kicks in after the $10 million of primary coverage has been exhausted.
