In another win for Terraform Labs, the class-action lawsuit alleging fraud against TFL and @stablekwon has been voluntarily dismissed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
This development follows the Albright class-action case voluntarily dismissed earlier this year in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of NY, which had alleged similar claims. There are no other U.S. class-action lawsuits against TFL.
