PANews December 13 news, according to The Block, FTX founder SBF said in an interview with Twitter Spaces that he will remotely attend and testify at the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee hearing on Tuesday. Due to his busy schedule and concerns about the security of paparazzi, he was unable to go to Washington, DC in person. But on the other hand, SBF has not yet committed to attending a hearing of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. The hearing will be held on Wednesday after the chairman of the Senate Banking Committee threatened to issue a subpoena to SBF. SBF said he currently has no plans to attend the Senate hearing. But he is open to dialogue with the chairman or senior members of the committee. He believes that the two hearings will be held within two days of each other, so they will be "very similar."
