There's more progress worth highlighting: $3 billion in assets have already been frozen, thanks to cooperation with industry partners. Binance is continuing to work with law enforcement, blockchain intelligence firms and token issuers to trace and recover additional funds.

What I appreciate most is the commitment to cover confirmed shortfalls using company resources and verify user funds publicly through Proof of Reserves.

Recovery takes time, but transparency and accountability matter at every step.

Binance is facing the challenge head-on. Now, the focus should remain on completing recovery and protecting users.
