For me, the support levels are some that have direct access to the tech guys, but the rest don't know about the app or can't access it.... Is anyone else experiencing this? Not just RW00783, but this one too. I use my browser and mobile; it can't be that it's detecting anomalies when I haven't used any sketchy apps or used the app and PC at the same time at home. I've verified my KYC, and I could normally access those BNB games, campaigns, etc., and now I get this? They can't force premium verification if it's optional and I don't want it. I already talked to admin, and they sent me that link; the email is from Binance, and I verified it before opening the email. They say my account is in perfect condition, and I get this. Is it a temporary bug that everyone is experiencing, or is it just me?
