I ask the same question every day. So today I'm sharing what I see on the charts. 📊
Let me say one thing first. No one can predict the market, not me and not any "guru". 🙅‍♀️ But charts give clues. Let me show you mine.
🟢 Best Coins to Buy for Long Term
For long term, I look for strong projects, big volume, and healthy pullbacks. I don't chase pumps. 🧘
My first pick is $SOL (Solana) ⚡. It trades near $118 right now. It moved up from about $74 and then took a small breather below $125. Its daily volume is over $255 million. That tells me real traders are active here. I like buying coins like this on calm dips.
My second pick is $SUI 💧. It jumped from $0.63 to nearly $1.29. Now it sits near $1.17. That is a normal cool-down after a big run. If it holds this zone, I see it as a healthy base.
My third pick is ZRO (LayerZero)🌐. It climbed from $0.75 to $1.84 with strong green candles. The trend is clear. But it is high now, so I would wait for a small dip.
I also watch NEAR🔍. It rose from $1.53 to $5.57, which is a huge move. It's down about 9% today. I would not rush in. I would wait for the price to calm down first.
🤔But why not buy everything that is pumping today?
Good question! Here is my answer. A coin that pumps 30% in one day often gives back a big part of it. 😬 Buying at the top is how most beginners lose money.
So I follow one simple rule. I buy fear, not hype. 🧠
🔴 Best Coins to Short Right Now
Now let's talk about shorts. A short means you profit when the price falls. It is risky, so use small size and always set a stop loss. 🛑
My first short watch is QNT (Quant)📉. It exploded from $55 to $373 in just a few days. Now it trades near $254 and is down over 10% today. That is a classic "pump and fade" shape. Big buyers may be taking profit.
My second one is GTC (Gitcoin)😮. It shot up over 33% in one single candle. Such vertical moves rarely hold. If I see a red candle after this, I will look for a short on a bounce.
My third one is MEGA🧨. It gained about 22% in a day and printed a long upper wick near 0.0557. That wick shows sellers jumped in at the top. I would watch for rejection there.
I also look at ZEC (Zcash) 🔻. It fell from about $1,698 to near $1,334. Lower highs and red candles show weak buyers. A bounce into $1,450 could be a short chance.
And watch SOPH👀. Its chart shows one crazy wick to 0.0139 and now it trades around 0.004. That tells you how fast hype can vanish.

Honestly? No. 🚫
Shorting can lose money fast, especially with leverage. A coin that looks weak can still pump 20% in an hour. I have seen it many times.
If you are new, practice first. Use a demo account or tiny size. Learn how to place a stop loss before anything else. 📚
💡 "How do I decide my entry and exit?"
Here is my simple method. I find the recent high and the recent low. Then I plan my trade around those two levels.
For a long, I buy near support and put my stop loss below it. For a short, I sell near resistance and put my stop loss above it. 🎯
I also never risk more than 1–2% of my money on one trade. This one rule saves accounts. 🛡️

For long term, I like SOL, SUI, and ZRO because their trends are strong and their volume is solid. 🌟
