When I think about Astar Network, I like that it already has a mainnet running on Polkadot with EVM and Wasm at the same time, it opens the door for me to use dApps without worrying about the chain, and the dApp Staking seems to me a direct way for developers to get paid for their work. The connection with Soneium via Chainlink CCIP sounds like real interoperability, not just marketing.
On the other hand, I see that the model is complex and being tied to Polkadot can become a bottleneck if the relay chain gets congested. Additionally, a lot of innovation together—Agile Coretime, staking, governance—gives me the impression that the average user might get lost among so many pieces. In short, I value versatility but wonder if it will succeed in simplifying the experience so that not only technical users can take advantage of it.
