Selling cryptocurrency through Binance P2P seems simple: the seller posts an ad, the buyer transfers money to them from their bank account, and then the cryptocurrency is transferred to the buyer. For the parties to the transaction, it is a straightforward exchange of USDT or another cryptocurrency for fiat currency.
For the bank, the picture is different. On the statement, it primarily sees a transfer from one individual to another. The payment description may be neutral or absent altogether. The bank transfer itself does not show that it is linked to a cryptocurrency sale through Binance. The economic purpose of the transaction lies outside the bank payment and must be substantiated with documents if reviewed.
