1. How will it impact me?

Your Binance accounts are not affected. Holders of the Binance Visa Debit Card issued under the EEA program will have until 20 December 2023 00:00 (UTC+0) to use their cards, after which card purchases will no longer be possible.

2. When will my Binance Card stop working? What can I do?

You can continue to use your Binance Visa Debit Card issued under the EEA program until 20 December 2023 00:00 (UTC+0). Your Binance account won’t be affected.

Where available, you may consider using Binance Pay, a contactless, borderless and secure cryptocurrency payment technology designed by Binance, to shop with crypto at merchants that accept it. You can access Binance Pay from your Funding Wallet.

3. What happens to my recurring purchases and subscriptions?

You have to register a different card with the respective merchants and businesses to replace your Binance Visa Debit Card. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful transactions.

4. Does this affect the Ukraine Refugee Cards?

Yes, all Binance Visa Debit Cards issued under the EEA program are affected.

5. How will the card closure impact my cashback rewards?

Cashback for successful transactions will continue to be distributed as per normal.

6. I lost my card recently. Can I reorder my Binance Card?

If you’ve lost your card, you may order a replacement card until 6 December 2023, and spend the funds from your Binance Card account as usual until the Binance Visa Debit Card EEA program is closed on 20 December 2023. Please note that the time it takes to deliver your card might vary depending on international and local post providers.

7. Are there any alternatives to Binance Cards?
