SPACEX GOES PUBLIC: $75B IPO SHATTERS RECORDS…
SpaceX priced its IPO at $135 per share, selling 555.6 million shares and raising a record-breaking $75 billion, the largest IPO in history.
Trading begins on Nasdaq under $SPCX with an estimated $1.8 trillion valuation. The company generated approximately $19 billion in revenue last year and holds 18,712 BTC (~$1.2B) on its balance sheet.
Adding another milestone, tokenized SpaceX shares are also launching on Solana-based infrastructure, bridging traditional markets with blockchain technology.
