Then, going long is valid—at the extreme, go long in multiple tranches at 61250.

On 7.31, before the monthly close line, it gets smashed down; the real start of a big rebound may only happen in September.
If today doesn’t fall, maybe it’s just to make the weekly chart look less ugly.
