US regulators have a major dilemma on their hands:
The US can either disrupt itself or push Bitcoin/crypto activity/capital/talent off-shore & on-chain and have less oversight/control. This is the beauty of decentralization.
Either way Bitcoin/crypto wins. Checkmate.
