اکثر ٹریڈرز یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ وہ اس لیے ہارتے ہیں کیونکہ ان کی انٹری غلط تھی، مارکیٹ اچانک الٹ گئی، یا کوئی غیر متوقع نیوز آ گئی۔ لیکن حقیقت اس سے کہیں زیادہ گہری ہے: بہت سے ٹریڈرز تو ٹریڈ لگانے سے پہلے ہی ہار چکے ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کی ہار کا آغاز ذہن، پلان، اور ان عادات سے ہوتا ہے جو وہ Buy یا Sell پر کلک کرنے سے بہت پہلے اپنے ساتھ چارٹ پر لے آتے ہیں۔

اکثر ایک ٹریڈر پلیٹ فارم اس وقت کھولتا ہے جب وہ پہلے ہی دباؤ میں ہوتا ہے۔ شاید وہ کل کے نقصان کو پورا کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ شاید وہ کچھ ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہوتا ہے۔ یا شاید اس نے سوشل میڈیا پر کسی اور کی پروفٹ پوسٹ دیکھی ہوتی ہے اور اب وہ خود کو پیچھے محسوس کر رہا ہوتا ہے۔ ایسے لمحے میں وہ مارکیٹ کو واضح سوچ کے ساتھ نہیں بلکہ جذبات کے ساتھ دیکھ رہا ہوتا ہے۔ اور جب تجزیے سے پہلے جذبات داخل ہو جائیں تو ٹریڈ شروع ہونے سے پہلے ہی کمزور ہو جاتی ہے۔

ایک اور بڑی وجہ یہ ہے کہ اکثر ٹریڈرز کے پاس کوئی حقیقی پلان نہیں ہوتا۔ بہت سے لوگ چارٹ پر بغیر واضح bias، بغیر entry model، بغیر stop-loss logic، اور بغیر risk framework کے آتے ہیں۔ وہ کسی سسٹم کے تحت ٹریڈ نہیں کر رہے ہوتے بلکہ ہر کینڈل کے ساتھ ردِعمل دے رہے ہوتے ہیں۔ اس وجہ سے ہر موومنٹ اہم لگتی ہے اور ہر setup پرکشش محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ جب structure نہ ہو تو hesitation اور impulsiveness قابو پا لیتے ہیں۔ نتیجہ یہ نکلتا ہے کہ ٹریڈر یا تو بہت جلدی انٹر ہوتا ہے، یا بہت دیر سے، یا پھر بالکل غلط وجہ کی بنیاد پر۔

زیادہ تر losing traders یہ بھی چاہتے ہیں کہ مارکیٹ انہیں فوراً پیسے دے۔ وہ غیر حقیقی توقعات، ضرورت سے بڑے lot sizes، اور فوری نتائج کی خواہش کے ساتھ انٹر ہوتے ہیں۔ یہی دباؤ ان کے رویّے کو بدل دیتا ہے۔ وہ quality setup کا انتظار کرنے کے بجائے movement کے پیچھے بھاگتے ہیں۔ capital کو protect کرنے کے بجائے مارکیٹ پر حملہ کرتے ہیں۔ probabilities میں سوچنے کے بجائے desperation میں فیصلے کرتے ہیں۔

ایک اور اہم مسئلہ کمزور تیاری بھی ہے۔ سنجیدہ ٹریڈرز session شروع ہونے سے پہلے levels، market structure، liquidity، اور آنے والی news کا مطالعہ کرتے ہیں۔ جبکہ losing traders اکثر یہ مرحلہ چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔ وہ بغیر context کے ٹریڈنگ شروع کر دیتے ہیں، اور جب مارکیٹ غیر متوقع انداز میں move کرتی ہے تو وہ volatility کو الزام دیتے ہیں، اپنی تیاری کی کمی کو نہیں۔

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اکثر ٹریڈ execution سے پہلے ہی فیصلہ ہو چکا ہوتا ہے۔ اگر mindset غیر مستحکم ہو، risk manage نہ کیا گیا ہو، اور plan واضح نہ ہو تو نتیجہ پہلے ہی متاثر ہو چکا ہوتا ہے۔ کامیاب ٹریڈرز یہ بات اچھی طرح جانتے ہیں۔ وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ success entry سے پہلے شروع ہوتی ہے۔ یہ patience، preparation، discipline، اور emotional control سے شروع ہوتی ہے۔ اسی لیے ٹریڈنگ کی اصل جنگ صرف چارٹ پر نہیں لڑی جاتی، بلکہ وہ اس سے بہت پہلے شروع ہو جاتی ہے، جب ابھی ٹریڈ لگائی بھی نہیں گئی ہو
