The DOLO Triad: Unpacking the DOLO, veDOLO, and oDOLO Tokenomics

Dolomite uses an innovative three-token model to align incentives and drive long-term community participation:

DOLO: The base ERC-20 utility token used for trading, lending, and as the gateway to governance.

veDOLO (Vote-Escrowed DOLO): Created by locking DOLO for a set time. Holders gain governance voting power (influencing protocol decisions) and earn a share of protocol fees. Longer lock-up periods grant greater vote weight.

oDOLO (Original DOLO): A reward token given to liquidity providers. It incentivizes long-term liquidity as it must be paired 1:1 with DOLO to be converted into discounted veDOLO, creating consistent buy pressure on the DOLO token.
