Dear Binance Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding a USDT deposit that has not been credited to my Binance account.
I mistakenly sent USDT to my Binance deposit address using the Morph (Morph) network, which is currently not supported by Binance. The transaction was successful on-chain, but the funds are not visible in my account.
Transaction details:
- Binance UID: 973423947
- Token: USDT
- Amount: 102.57 USDT
- Network used: Morph (Morph)
- Transaction Hash (TXID): 0xc414b25acd18ecca4155c94ac233187d249ce91eeeb8fdf2006c532da5bc4736
- Deposit Address: 0x543027c28306648bda1b9c0669390886cebe6cda
- Date: 2026-01-21
I understand this was my mistake. I kindly request you to check whether manual recovery of the funds is possible. I am willing to follow all procedures and pay any applicable recovery fees.
