这最少 93 个会在 2025 年上半年发生的盛事，简单来说可分为五个范畴，数目最多的是文化艺术及创意项目，有 30 个；其次为会议及展览项目，有 26 个；体育盛事有 15 个；而在节日及庆典、汇演及嘉年华方面有 12 个；金融、经济及创科相关的盛事有 10 个。
黄伟纶介绍，与今年一样，有些活动仍在筹备阶段，但也必须尊重个别主办单位有其本身的市场策略和公布时间上的安排，根据经验，在 2025 年上半年举办的盛事应该很有可能会多于 93 个，香港文体旅局会持续更新相关盛事年表。
