The leading Web3 infrastructure firm MoonPay revealed a new collaboration with the filmmaker and artist Julie Pacino for a new NFT movie. The film, titled “I Live Here Now,” aims to encourage movie producers to leverage NFTs and “cut out the middleman,” as Julie Pacino said herself. Surprisingly, the main storyline comes from the producer’s 2022 NFT photography collection – so let’s find out more!

Julie Pacino’s directorial debut titled “I Live Here Now” will drop as an NFT via MoonPay. What Is Julie Pacino’s NFT Movie About?

The renowned photographer Julie Pacino will release the first movie entirely directed by her as an NFT via MoonPay. The new film “I Live Here Now” focuses on an actress trying to escape a hotel in the woods dominated by unexplainable events and mysteries.

In fact, the movie comes as a follow-up to her NFT photography collection launched last year. The “I Live Here Now” drop sold out quickly. The producer used all of the proceedings to create the new movie, which will soon be available as an NFT via MoonPay.

“I want to help pave the way for the next generation of artists entering Web3, which is why I’ve aligned with MoonPay, as they have built a platform that makes the entry easy, efficient, and effective,” said the director. “Visibility for NFT artists – especially women and the LGBTQIA+ community – is vital. With MoonPay’s support on this film, we hope to help onboard more individuals into Web3 and amplify their film projects.”

The movie explores Julie Pacino’s vision of a struggling artist, first exposed in her 2022 NFT photography drop. What Is MoonPay?

MoonPay is one of the largest Web3 infrastructure development companies to date. Founded before the NFT boom in 2018, the platform is mainly involved in smart contracts and NFT scaling solutions. MoonPay has more than 450 partners in over 160 countries, and Julie Pacino is the latest successful example.
