Ab 2 eggs directly masalay mein tod kar scramble karo—completely dry mat karna.
½ cup water add karke 2–3 minutes simmer karo.
Baqi 2 eggs upar tod do aur halka sa mix karo, taake kuch egg chunks aur kuch gravy mein ghule hue rahen. Yahi ghotala ka asli texture hai.
Cream aur cheese add karke 1 minute cook karo.
Fresh coriander aur thori green chilli se finish.
