Of that, about $2.8B is frozen by the companies that issue the tokens, $2.56B sleeps in two piles (18,270 BTC and 522,698 ETH, not one outgoing transaction since the hack, which Elliptic's latest note also sees), and $0.61B is in play: about 134M XRP, about 2,700 BTC after swaps, 81K ETH spread over some 980 addresses, 11.9M NEAR. No XRP has entered THORChain since 15:50 UTC on Nov-07, and THORChain now shows XRP trading halted. About a tenth of the haul is in play.
