People who hold USDT on Ethereum, Polygon or BNB Chain can send, swap and interact with contracts without first buying the native token of each chain to pay for gas, in ZenWallet v3.5.1, the self-custody wallet operated by Otaro Pay Ltd., live at http://app.zenwallet.io. The network fee is quoted in USDT before signing, there is no seed phrase to store, and cashout to a bank account is built into the wallet for countries where the route is live.
Why it matters. A stablecoin balance that cannot pay its own gas is stuck until its owner buys a second asset, holds it on every chain they use, and watches it drain. On Ethereum, Polygon and BNB Chain, ZenWallet quotes the network fee in USDT, deducts the equivalent from the USDT balance and settles the native-token cost itself, in one approved transaction. Sending and receiving carry no ZenWallet fee; the user pays the network cost, shown before signing, as at 7 November 2026.
The seed phrase is gone for a reason, not for a slogan. The signing key is split into three shares under 2-of-3 threshold signing: one on the user's device, one on ZenWallet's server, one with a backup recovery service. Two are needed to sign or to recover, so no single party, Otaro Pay Ltd. included, can move funds alone. A lost phone is recovered through named guardians or trusted contacts plus a verified factor: a passkey, a FIDO2 hardware key, a backup password or an offline recovery kit. Spending runs under a profile the user chooses: Everyday, USD 5,000 a day with a second factor above USD 1,000, or Trading, USD 50,000 a day with a second factor above USD 5,000; daily limits can be set from USD 100 to USD 50,000, as at 7 November 2026.
Also live in v3.5.1: Trusted Contact Recovery; an Inheritance Switch that names a beneficiary and a trigger; and Stealth Send, which uses ERC-5564 stealth addresses so that receiving a payment does not expose a reusable address. The wallet holds and moves assets on Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Polygon, TRON, BNB Chain and TON.
The security model, spending profiles, recovery methods and registrations are documented at zenwallet.io/security and zenwallet.io/press. A live recovery demonstration on a real account is available to journalists on request.
Five questions to ask any seedless wallet, including this one. Who holds each key share, and can any one of them move funds alone? What happens, step by step, when you lose your phone? What is the daily limit, and who sets it? Can you see the network fee, in a currency you already hold, before you sign? Where, today, can you turn the balance into money in your bank? ZenWallet's answers, as at 7 November 2026, are in the paragraphs above. A wallet that cannot answer all five in writing has not earned a balance.
"We built the recovery path and the limits before we wrote a word of marketing," said Poonam Jaiprakash, Group Director. "A wallet that says you cannot lose your keys owes you a demonstration of what happens when you lose your phone, not a sentence. If your bank account sits in a country where our cashout route is not live yet, we would rather tell you before you sign up than after."
Where it does not apply. Gas in USDT covers Ethereum, Polygon and BNB Chain; Bitcoin, Solana, TRON and TON still settle fees in their own native asset. Bank cashout availability, settlement time and verification requirements depend on the country where the bank account sits; the app shows current coverage, which changes. Cash pickup is rolling out corridor by corridor. Because the wallet is self-custody, nobody, the company included, can reverse a transaction or recall a payment sent to the wrong address. A user who wants the widest dApp coverage and is comfortable managing a seed phrase may be better served by a conventional wallet. This announcement describes what the wallet does and what it costs; it is not an offer of a token, an investment or a return.
