NEAR Intents, the cross-chain execution layer built on NEAR Protocol (@NEARProtocol), has processed $37.6 billion in cumulative volume, according to figures from its official channel (@near_intents). The product recorded about $131 million in volume over the past 24 hours and more than $4 billion over the past 30 days. At that pace, it is on track to pass $38 billion in all-time volume within roughly two weeks.

The milestone adds to a run of growth for the $NEAR ecosystem. Independent trackers show the figure rising steadily through 2026, and a quarterly review from analytics firm Nansen points to sustained activity in the third quarter.

How NEAR Intents Volume Has Grown in 2026

NEAR Intents lets users state the outcome they want, such as swapping one asset on one chain for another asset on a different chain, while competing third-party solvers carry out the transaction. CoinMarketCap describes an example of swapping USDC on Ethereum for SOL on Solana, with solvers executing the trade in the background.

The pace of growth has been steep. Crypto Briefing reported that cumulative volume reached $5 billion in November 2025 and doubled to $10 billion by January 2026, before crossing $20 billion on June 3, 2026. By September, Crypto Briefing noted that the total had passed $30 billion, with Dune Analytics data showing roughly $31.4 billion and a daily record above $300 million on September 18.

More recent tracking is consistent with the latest figure. NearStats data as of October 29 showed $36.54 billion in all-time swap volume and $3.97 billion over the prior 30 days, which fits with the $4 billion monthly run rate now being cited.

Quarterly Activity, Fees and Token Link

According to Nansen's Q3 2026 report, as relayed by Cryptonews, NEAR Intents processed about $10.4 billion in volume in the third quarter. The same report found that the near.com front end handled around $2.57 billion of that volume, or roughly a quarter of the total. Cumulative fees from Intents have passed $52 million, with more than $8 million directed to $NEAR token buybacks, Cryptonews reported.

The link between usage and the token is built into the design. ChangeNOW notes that since February 23, 2026, all Intents fees flow into open-market purchases of NEAR. Volume spikes have also tended to coincide with price moves in the token, though the relationship is not guaranteed.

Whether NEAR Intents is the biggest winner of 2026 is a matter of opinion, but the volume data shows it is among the fastest-growing cross-chain products in the sector this year. The next test is whether daily volumes hold near current levels long enough to cross $38 billion on the projected timeline.
