Nine days. Zero new listings. And the last coin Binance announced still hasn't actually launched.

That's where we are. Binance's newest listing notice is still PREDICT, from 29 October — and nine days later, the token has no TGE date, no spot trading, and a perp that's quietly bleeding.

Here's what happened. Binance was due to open PREDICT spot trading on 30 October at 10:00 UTC. Seven and a half hours before the open, at 02:32 UTC, it postponed the listing "until further notice". No reason given. No new date. Nine days on, still nothing — and no new spot coin has appeared on Binance in all of November.

So what is PREDICT? It's Predict.fun, a yield-bearing prediction market on BNB Chain, backed by YZi Labs. Prime Sale buyers got in at $0.29 on 29 October. But even with no spot listing and no launch date, $PREDICT still trades — as a pre-market perpetual, and it's telling its own story.

Right now the perp sits around $1.22. That's still 4.2x the $0.29 Prime Sale price. But look closer: it's down about 4.5% in the last 24 hours, down roughly 7% this week, and 39% below its ~$1.99 pre-market high. Open interest is shrinking too, down ~6% in a day to ~$5.8M. This isn't a crash — it's a slow fade, and that fade is the market pricing in a launch that keeps not happening.

Meanwhile the airdrop clock is ticking. Season 1 is 70 million tokens, and holders face a brutal choice: take 35% now and forfeit the rest, or lock up for a year to get 100%. The first weekly batch was due 6 November. It never happened, so it rolls into the first batch after launch. The questionnaire deadline is 26 November, 09:00 UTC. Every week of delay makes that choice harder.

The risks are real. Predict.fun lost ~$400,000 from user wallets on 27 October, days before launch, and there's still no post-mortem. Only 16% of supply unlocks at TGE, with 36% of team and backer tokens locked behind a 24-month cliff. TVL has halved since January, to around $10.7M. And one widely-read analyst put PREDICT's valuation near $1.43B — dozens of times higher than comparable prediction markets — noting that of 28 previous Binance pre-market tokens, the median was down 49% a month after launch.

So what do you actually watch? On the perp, $1.30 is the line that matters above — that's where it stalled on 4–5 November. Below, $1.12 is the floor from 30 October. A break above $1.30 with a listing announcement changes the story completely; a break below $1.12 while the delay drags on tells you the fade is turning into something worse. And $BNB is the other half of this trade — stuck between $690 support and $698 resistance, and a clean break either way sets the tone for the whole BNB ecosystem. Check $PREDICT's chart yourself and watch those two levels — the moment Binance finally names a date, this is the token that moves first.
