TP1 $0.0000052 hit to the cent in my last PEPE post, then it rejected hard. Now $PEPE is ~$0.00000492, down 2.96%, testing low $0.00000488 (Finnhub, 11:36 UTC; Kriptometre $0.00000493 at 10:07 UTC). The $0.0000050 reclaim failed; the call went wrong after TP1, I own that.
I'm leaning long at this floor, not strong. This morning's $0.00000463 stop never got touched, with $335M traded here (Blocfolio), but BTC stays capped under $76,378 after $411.9M ETF outflows Nov 6 — memes don't run while BTC stalls.
Plan: entry $0.00000488–$0.00000492, TP1 $0.0000050, TP2 $0.00000520, TP3 $0.00000528. Half at TP1, quarters after, stop to entry once TP1 hits. Stop: close below $0.00000488.
