Anyone who gets the CA before the public is 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿. It can't be both.

On 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽.𝗳𝘂𝗻, 𝟴𝟬𝟬𝗠 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝗕 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 sits on the bonding curve and the creator gets 𝗻𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. They buy like everyone else.

𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵: 𝟳𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 = ~𝟴𝟴% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲. That puts market cap near graduation (~$𝟲𝟵𝗞 in most guides), 𝗻𝗼𝘁 $𝟭𝟬𝗞.

So where does the 70% sit? 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁, 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Free airdropped tokens also tend to get sold fast.

Same pattern in $𝗛𝗔𝗪𝗞: snipers and insiders reportedly held 𝟴𝟬-𝟵𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 at launch, and it 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝟵𝟬%+ 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀.
