Arkham is publicly flagging Justin Sun as the biggest single PEPE whale based on on-chain tracking of recent large transfers into wallets they attribute to him.
The post states that, combining his official wallets and “predicted” (linked/attributed) wallets, Justin Sun holds nearly 3% of the total PEPE supply, valued at about $51.25 million at the time of the post.
It highlights that a large amount of these PEPE tokens moved into wallets associated with him in the previous 10 days, which (according to Arkham) makes him the top individual holder.
