My take: Anthropic prices at or below $1.2 trillion in the week of Nov 16. Sellers need cash more than buyers need exposure at $1.5 trillion. The book builds at the low end, not the ask.
What to watch: the first roadshow print next week. If lead banks open the range below $1.3 trillion on day one, the $1.5 trillion ask is dead and the cut bids win.
