🚨 NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang has been summoned before Congress on Nov 18 to explain ties to an alleged Chinese spy.

The U.S. Government now reportedly suspects Huang had a romantic relationship with an alleged Chinese spy, based on an American Intelligence memo.

U.S. intelligence officials reportedly believe China's Ministry of State Security recruited Alice Huang to gather information on American AI chips and potentially influence Nvidia's efforts to sell advanced processors to China.

The Republican chairs of three House committees have asked for a closed-door briefing on Huang's contacts with Alice Huang, an executive at Megaspeed, a Singapore-based Nvidia customer.

China has historically accounted for up to a fifth of Nvidia's revenue. Jensen Huang also personally lobbied President Trump to allow sales of Nvidia's H200 chips there. Washington fears those chips could accelerate China's military modernization.

Despite U.S. Commerce Department export restrictions, underground networks continue to funnel advanced Nvidia hardware into mainland China.

Authorities have recently dismantled several high-profile smuggling operations. One included the detention of an NVIDIA employee who allegedly helped reroute $21 million worth of Nvidia's flagship chips to mainland China via shell companies.

Nvidia maintains that the meetings were routine business and that no sensitive information was shared.
