@CantonNetwork ($CC) accounts for about $320.7 billion of the $366 billion in "represented" tokenized assets tracked on rwa.xyz, putting it far ahead of other networks on that measure. Represented assets are recorded on a network but are not freely traded onchain.

Almost all of the Canton total comes from Broadridge's Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) platform, which handles short-term repo loans backed by US government bonds.

What "Represented" Assets Mean

RWA.xyz separates tokenized assets into "distributed" and "represented" categories. Distributed assets can be transferred onchain. Represented assets are records of positions held on a ledger.

Analysts at Finadium noted that all of the real-world asset volume on Canton tracked by RWA.xyz comes from Broadridge's DLR platform. They said this suggests Canton is being used as a record-keeping layer rather than as a distribution layer that allows onchain transfers.

RWA.xyz's own page for the product lists Broadridge DLR as running on Canton technology, with a represented asset value of about $346.6 billion at the time of the snapshot. The figure moves with the platform's daily activity, so totals differ depending on when the data is read.

Broadridge Volumes and Network Growth

Broadridge has reported that its DLR platform processed $7.5 trillion of transactions in September 2026, equal to average daily volume of $359 billion.

Canton also published figures this week from its foundation's live counter, showing 63 Super Validator nodes and 827 validators in total. The network generated about $1.3 million in daily network fees. Super Validators are run by invitation only and need approval from the Canton Foundation, according to research from Interstice Digital, which counted 56 Super Validators as of September 2026.

The concentration in one platform is a point analysts have raised. Finadium said it was not yet seeing much evidence beyond pilots that firms use Canton to interoperate across different underlying ledger networks for real-world assets, though it expects this to change as more natively issued assets arrive.
