JPMorgan Expects Bitcoin to Deliver 10% Annual Returns by 2027, Outperforming Other Assets đđ»
JPMorgan Asset Management has included Bitcoin in its 2027 long-term capital market assumptions, projecting an annualised return of 10%, higher than US stocks (7.5%), private equity (9.8%), gold (5.5%), and a traditional 60/40 portfolio (7%).
However, JPMorgan still considers Bitcoin speculative because of its high estimated annual volatility of 55% and unstable correlation with other assets.
This is a positive sign for Bitcoinâs institutional adoption. Even if JPMorgan isnât ready to treat BTC as a core portfolio asset, recognising its potential returns shows that traditional finance is taking it more seriously. The bigger question is whether institutional demand and regulatory clarity can make Bitcoin a more stable long-term investment.
