ASIA WOKE UP TO A $600M BTC LIQUIDATION

🚨 Bitcoin broke below $76K overnight. Hourly liquidations across crypto neared $600M as leveraged longs got wiped out (CryptoPotato, Nov 5).

1. Wall Street had its worst day in 18 months Wednesday. The Nasdaq fell more than 5%, the chip index dived 12% and SanDisk crashed 22% as the AI trade collapsed (Motley Fool, Nov 5).
2. Crypto followed overnight. ETH fell harder than BTC, down 7.7% to $2,235, the deepest drop among majors (Binance live, Nov 6).
3. Asia opened in free fall this morning. Korea's KOSPI dropped 8.8%, broke below 5,000 and triggered a circuit breaker. Trading halted for 20 minutes (Wall Street CN, Nov 6).

Charles Gasparino reports hedge fund liquidations are running at the highest level since 2009. Most traders call this forced deleveraging, not fundamentals (BlockBeats, Nov 6).

My take: forced deleveraging exhausts itself fast. $BTC reclaims $80,000 by Friday's US close.

What to watch: $75,208, BTC's 24h low. Lose it before tonight's 21:30 Beijing NFP and $72,000 opens next.

Forced liquidation bottom today, or one more leg down?
