Who's Checking Your Trading Fees? 📉

A tiny fee difference might seem irrelevant until someone trades millions in volume.

With platforms like $HYPE bringing sophisticated derivatives trading further into crypto, I think $VFY represents an interesting opportunity for independent financial verification.

Here's something I've been thinking about.

Trading platforms publish fee schedules, rebate structures and volume-based discounts.

But how easily can an individual trader verify that the calculation applied to their account was correct?

Especially without exposing their entire trading history?

I don't think this question receives enough attention.

Imagine a trading application generating a cryptographic proof that its fee calculation followed the published rules.

The underlying account information could remain private.

zkVerify could then independently check the supported proof.

That wouldn't establish whether the fees themselves were fair.

It would establish whether the specified calculation had been followed.

And that's an important distinction.

As crypto trading platforms become increasingly sophisticated, transparency shouldn't require publishing everyone's financial information.

I'm bullish on verification infrastructure that can help applications demonstrate compliance with their own rules.

zkVerify is building exactly the kind of specialized verification layer that makes such designs possible.

To me, that's a necessity for the next generation of financial applications.
