Binance Reopens Withdrawals for More Assets: What Users Need to Know

Binance has announced another step in its withdrawal recovery, confirming that withdrawals for additional cryptocurrency assets are scheduled to reopen from November 5, 2026, at 04:00 UTC. The update follows earlier reopening phases and reflects the exchange’s effort to restore access while completing security and operational checks.

The latest announcement, Security Incident | Recovery Update #8, covers six networks: Ethereum (ETH), BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Base, TRON (TRX), Polygon (MATIC) and Sui. Binance says reopening will happen progressively, not all at once. An asset on the published list is therefore not necessarily available for withdrawal the moment a user checks.

Which Assets Are Included?

The Ethereum list includes UNI, AAVE, PAXG, VIRTUAL, MORPHO, ZAMA, YFI, WLFI, COMP, LDO, SAND, ENS, APE, ARKM, MANA, FLOKI, GRT and other tokens. The BNB Smart Chain list includes ASTER, PROM, UNI, FIL, IOTA, ZIL, TWT, DEXE, INJ, AVAX and more.

On Base, the planned assets include AERO, VIRTUAL, MORPHO and AVNT. TRON lists JST, SUN and BTTC; Polygon lists GNS; and Sui lists MMT. This is not every asset supported by Binance, but the assets named in this recovery update. Users should consult the official announcement for the full list and check the live withdrawal page before transferring funds.

Why Is Reopening Happening in Stages?

A phased reopening lets an exchange verify each asset and blockchain network before enabling transfers. A token may operate on multiple networks, and each network-asset combination has separate technical requirements. Checking one combination does not confirm that another is ready. Binance says it is prioritising assets based on user demand over the previous week and completing security and readiness checks before restoring each one.

This process may take longer than reactivating every withdrawal option simultaneously, but it allows the platform to monitor systems and manage activity as access returns. Binance warns that temporary delays or longer processing times may occur because of traffic volume. If a withdrawal fails, users should check the asset and network status and try again later.

What Does This Mean for Users?

For customers holding a listed token, the update is a positive sign that access is returning across more assets. It gives users greater flexibility to move funds to a personal wallet, another exchange or a supported blockchain application. However, it does not guarantee that every withdrawal is immediately available or that all services have returned to normal.

Before sending funds, confirm that withdrawals are enabled for the exact token and network. The receiving wallet must support that same network. Choosing an incompatible network or entering an incorrect address can result in lost funds. Review minimum withdrawal amounts, fees and network congestion. A small test transfer can be sensible when using a new address, if the fees make it practical.

Deposits and Security Awareness

Binance says deposit services remain open during this recovery phase. Deposit availability should not be confused with withdrawal availability: the status of each service can differ by asset and network. Check live status information rather than assuming that one working function means the other is enabled.

Security awareness is especially important during a disruption. Scammers may impersonate support staff, circulate fake announcements or promise faster withdrawals for a fee. Access Binance through its official app or website. Never share passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery phrases or private keys with anyone claiming to help. Treat unexpected links and direct messages cautiously.

The Bigger Picture

Restoring withdrawals is an operational milestone, but rebuilding confidence requires more than reopening tokens. Users will be watching for reliable service, clear communication, transparent recovery information and strong safeguards over time. Binance says it will continue adding assets as they become ready and share further updates through its official channels.

The November 5 announcement is another measured step in a continuing recovery, not a declaration that every issue is over. More supported assets may be added as checks finish, so recheck availability before every planned transfer carefully.

Stay informed, verify live network status, double-check transaction details and avoid rushing transfers. As access expands, convenience must return alongside careful security. Follow official updates and make withdrawals only after confirming that the selected asset and network are available.

Users should always rely on current account notices rather than assumptions.
