Market order vs Limit order — the two buttons every beginner presses without understanding.

A MARKET order says: "Buy right now, at whatever price is available." Fast and certain — but in a fast-moving or thin market, the price you get can be noticeably worse than the price you saw. This is called slippage, and beginners pay it silently every day.

A LIMIT order says: "Buy only at my price, or not at all." You choose the exact price and wait. The trade-off: if the price never comes to you, the order never fills. No fill is disappointing; a bad fill is expensive.

Simple rule many traders use: market orders for small, urgent trades in very liquid pairs like $BTC/$USDT — limit orders for everything else, especially smaller coins where one big order can move the price against you.

Patience is literally worth money at this button. Which order type do you use more — and did you choose it on purpose, or by default?
