Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has sued KalshiEX LLC and Kalshi Inc. for allegedly operating an illegal gambling platform in Arkansas. The state alleges that the companies violated Arkansas's deceptive trade practices law and that Kalshi lacks the required gambling permits. Arkansas seeks damages, fines, taxes and injunctive relief.
