I almost skipped $NEAR — then I saw where it bounced from.
Finnhub: $4.078, up 6.09% after touching $3.69. A bounce, not a breakout — the $4.45 area that turned it back on 31 Oct is untouched, and the month is down 17.53%.
I'm leaning up, only because $3.69 held. Clear $4.27 and $4.45 is the test; lose $3.69 and this bounce was noise — I'm wrong.
Trust the bounce before $4.27, or wait for $4.45?
