bitcoin has risen in the 12 months after each of the last three u.s. midterm elections, according to cryptoquant data. the gains were 24.5% after the 2014 vote, 44.9% after 2018, and 92.3% after 2022. the simple average of those three periods is roughly 54%. in 2018 the price still fell 45.5% in the first month after the election before recovering over the full year. the sample is limited to three cycles, and cryptoquant notes that the moves have lined up with bitcoin’s four-year cycle more closely than with the election results themselves. in prior midterm years bitcoin entered election day well below its 200-day moving average and deep in a drawdown from the cycle high. this time the price is trading above that average, and the decline from the october 2025 peak has been shallower. u.s. spot etf flows and macro conditions have also played a larger role in recent price action than in earlier cycles. the post-midterm recovery pattern has held in the three available cases. the conditions around the 2026 election are not identical to those earlier periods. #BTC Price Analysis# #Bitcoin Price Prediction: What is Bitcoins next move?# $BTC $ETH
