2.5 months of waiting, and my issue is STILL not resolved.
I have contacted support multiple times and even discussed my case with the appeals team, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.
My account has been under risk assessment for the last 2.5 months, and this is also affecting my Write to Earn campaigns. Honestly, it’s becoming very demotivating.
Imagine giving a platform 100% of your effort, staying loyal for almost 2 years, and then suddenly facing a situation like this without even knowing why.
The most disappointing part is that I still haven’t received a clear explanation of why my account has remained restricted for so long.
I also have many creator friends whose accounts are under risk assessment, but their Write to Earn campaigns are still working normally.
On September 14, many accounts faced a similar issue, and most of them have already recovered. Unfortunately, my case is still unresolved.
I respect Binance, its rules, and the entire team. I’m raising this issue publicly because I genuinely hope someone from the relevant team will look into my case, provide a proper explanation, and help resolve it.
I just want my hard work and efforts to be recognized. After investing almost two years into this platform, I hope I won’t be left waiting without an answer.
