October broke the 'Uptober' script for $ETH — I read it as a reset: down 16.1%, its second-worst October since 2016, while spot ETFs posted a record $1.61 billion outflow.

History does not hand November a rebound. Across past Novembers, $ETH's median return sits near -1.9% against a +4.0% average — the average flattered by a few big years, the median saying most Novembers were flat or down. That split is the lesson: a bad October resets expectations, it does not guarantee a bounce.

My 4H chart shows the repair job stalling just under the ceiling: $ETH near $2,297, chopping between $2,222 support and $2,315 resistance after the late-October flush toward $2,170. The bear case is plain — ETF outflows ran five straight weeks in October, and price still sits below its overhead averages, so every bounce so far has sold into that $2,315 line.

A 4-hour close over $2,315 reopens the recovery — under $2,222, the October slide resumes. Which side prints first?

Not financial advice. DYOR.
