Title: The 3 Charts I Check Every Morning Before Any Trade (My 60-Second Routine)*
Most traders open 50 charts. I only open 3. And it saves me from 90% of bad trades.
Here is my exact morning routine, educational only:
*1. TOTAL Chart (Market Health)*
I check TOTAL first. If TOTAL is below its daily support ($2.2T), I don't even think about altcoins. If TOTAL is holding support, market is healthy.
Lesson: Don't swim against the tide. Check the ocean first.
*2. BTC Dominance (Money Flow)*
If BTC Dominance is rising, money is going to BTC. Alts will bleed.
If BTC Dominance is falling, money is rotating to alts. This is when I look at TOTAL2.
This one filter saved me from buying alts at the wrong time 100 times.
*3. My Own Coin Chart (Setup Only)*
Only after Step 1 & 2, I open my coin. I only trade if there is a clear setup: Support retest + Volume. No setup = No trade. I wait.
*My Golden Rules (Write it down):*
- Risk 1% max per trade
- Always use stop loss
- Keep a trading journal
- No FOMO, No revenge trading
I don't chase green candles. I wait for my plan.
