🔒 Bitcoin Staking lets holders lock BTC for about 175 days and earn a 3% target yield (a goal, not a promise), paid weekly in BTC. $STX must be locked alongside it. 735 BTC joined over the first 2 rounds, 230 and 505 BTC.
🔑 The self-custody route keeps BTC under the holder's control on Bitcoin. It is whitelist-only, 50 BTC minimum. Smaller holders can use partner pools.
📈 STX staked grew from 392M to 493M. Zest passed $122M in deposits, and sBTC supply is 2,487 BTC.
🗓️ Bond 3 has 1,005 BTC of space and starts around 6 Nov 2026. Epoch 4.1 with Clarity 7 is planned for early December. $STX trades near $0.32.
