Pumps like this 29% leg in 16 hours always bring in late buyers right where risk is highest.
The break above 0.195 was tiny (8.2%) and ICNT got rejected from 0.2109 straight away. That's not strength, that's buyers running out of steam.
Next stop for me is 0.1838. Nobody's touched it since the $ICNT pullback (36% of the leg), so it's the obvious magnet. A move above 0.2109 proves me wrong.
