Two whales just bet over $1 billion that this market keeps falling — while 67,742 smaller traders were liquidated for $226 million in one day.

A report on 2 Nov showed the top two traders on Hyperliquid holding combined shorts above $1 billion. The largest account alone is short 22 markets, with its biggest single bet — about $224 million — placed against $ETH , and another $182 million against $BTC .

Meanwhile the wider market slipped: the leading coin fell below $77,000 this morning, near $76,900, with $SOL near $92 and fear rising — the Fear & Greed Index down to 26.

Lesson: the whales are not rushing. Their positions sit far from liquidation, so they can wait. Small traders using leverage cannot. Size without patience is just a faster way to lose.

Are you trading with a plan you can survive, or just hoping the next candle saves you?
