👉 Binance took a new Proof of Reserves snapshot on October 31 at 00:00 UTC, and updated it on its official Proof of Reserves page.
👉 The exchange says BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC are fully backed at least 1:1, with reported snapshot ratios of BTC 100.04%, BNB 101.30% and USDC 106.08%.
👉 Replenishment has risen to about 95% of the stolen amount, up from 90% on October 31, with the remaining about 5% in less liquid tokens outside that top ten still being bought through market and OTC channels.
👉 That is the key gap to watch: ENA is not in the fully backed ten, and no ENA specific ratio was published in this update, so do not read this snapshot as full cover for every token taken.
👉 Phase one withdrawals already resumed on November 1, but the independent check is not done yet, because the full zero knowledge proof is expected on Tuesday, November 3 UTC.
